Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online channels.
  • Create, design, and edit digital content including photos, videos, reels, and social media posts.
  • Manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Generate, qualify, and track leads from digital platforms and deliver them to the sales team.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns with measurable results (CPL, ROI, engagement, reach).
  • Write and publish creative marketing copy and captions aligned with real estate trends and projects.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets.
  • Capture and edit property photos/videos for use in promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with current marketing trends, competitors, and digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.
  • Skilled in content creation, photography, and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to generate high-quality leads.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
