We are a leading distribution company specializing in premium holistic skincare and Japanese luxury beauty brands. With a portfolio of over 10 high-performance, thoughtfully crafted brands, we are dedicated to delivering excellence, authenticity, and transformative beauty experiences across the region.
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager B2B (Ladies Only) to lead and expand our Japanese cosmetics division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales within the beauty or luxury sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for Japanese beauty culture and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to grow brand presence across retail, spa, and professional channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Conduct product presentations and brand trainings for business partners.
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the cosmetics, skincare, or luxury beauty industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC beauty market.
Passionate about Japanese beauty philosophy, quality, and innovation.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
