Job Title: HR & Admin Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HR & Admin Specialist to manage and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, HR operations, payroll administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will also handle administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee induction and orientation programs for new hires.

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in line with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Payroll Administration

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Liaise with finance and external vendors for payroll and benefits administration.

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and processes.
  • Assist managers and employees with goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend employee development initiatives.

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements in the workplace.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance to managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
