For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.The Head of Corporate Development will lead strategic growth initiatives including investments, acquisitions, and fundraising. He/she will take full ownership of the equity fundraising process, managing all aspects from investor engagement and deal structuring to negotiation and closing. Also, he/she will oversee strategic investment/M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity, with a proven track record of raising significant capital in the tech or fintech sectors.This role requires deep knowledge of capital markets, blockchain, and DeFi, as well as exceptional leadership, influence and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching to, and securing institutional investors, including strategic fintech investors/business partners, sovereign wealth funds, VC/PE firms, and family officesYou'll be a great fit if you're a proactive, resourceful, and resilient go-getter.
