, a luxury interior design firm delivering premium commercial, residential, F&B, and landscaping projects. Support our sales and marketing teams in driving leads and growth via Odoo ERP in dynamic UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily leads in Odoo ERP: registration, tracking, automation integrations, qualification, and follow-ups to hit conversion targets (incentives apply).
  • Conduct cold outreach, register in UAE/Saudi vendor portals, and ensure sales team success.
  • Handle UAE compliance: Municipality, Civil Defence, DCD documentation and approvals.
  • Execute marketing: Odoo email campaigns (segmentation/reporting), Canva/Adobe graphics (social posts, brochures, proposals), agency coordination.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years in Sales/Marketing support in Interior Design/Landscaping firms.
  • Hands-on Odoo ERP/CRM experience.
  • UAE government procedures knowledge (Municipality/Civil Defence).
  • Excellent English (written/verbal); Arabic preferred (not mandatory)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented.
