Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect guest luggage promptly and handle all items with care and accuracy
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
  • Ensure smooth guest transfers and coordinate with transportation services when required
  • Deliver messages, newspapers, and amenities to guest rooms efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, driveway, and guest areas
  • Assist the concierge team with guest inquiries, directions, and transportation arrangements
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost items immediately to the supervisor
  • Uphold brand standards and provide service excellence in line with Six Senses hospitality values
  • Adhere to LQA and health and safety standards in all guest interactions and operations

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred

Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor

Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office

Familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, or CRM is an advantage

Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial

Physically fit and capable of handling luggage and other guest items safely
