Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bell Attendant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Bell Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure.

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, room escorts, and provide information about hotel amenities
  • Manage lobby traffic and coordinate with valet parking services
  • Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the hotel and local area, offering recommendations and directions
  • Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas
  • Assist with special events or VIP guest arrangements as needed
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages a plus
  • Passionate about hospitality with a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and hotel systems
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic approach to understanding and meeting guest needs
