Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and adapt quickly by assisting senior team members in managing end-to-end sales coordination.
- Coordinate the processing of proposals, invoices, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries with accurate information, pricing, and assignment updates.
- Maintain and organize trackers, records, and documentation for reporting and monitoring purposes.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Assist in scheduling sales meetings, preparing agendas, and circulating materials in advance.
- Follow up with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Address client concerns with professionalism, escalating issues where necessary to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.
- Ensure all activities align with company policies, compliance, and legal requirements.
- Actively support sales targets by coordinating effectively and gradually taking on more direct sales activities as part of career growth.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. - Knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role. Fresh graduates with strong learning agility will also be considered. - Personal Attributes:
