Desired Candidate Profile

Provide direct support to the Sales Department in day-to-day activities and departmental coordination

Manage and track incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation in CRM systems Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and proposals

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up actions

Assist with client communication and ensure excellent service across all touchpoints

Experience in Sales, with the ability to support sales teams in achieving targets and developing client relationships

Updating the ERP system regarding customer master data Handling, coordination, and execution of "various cases," including unsatisfied customers

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills Follow-up on incomplete offers and orders

Assisting other company units, such as debtor, procurement, and sourcing when they need assistance.

Previous experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Requirements

At least 1 year experience (Required)
