Role Overview

STP Advisory is seeking a professional Office Manager with native or near-native Portuguese speaker to support the day-to-day operations of our Dubai office, with a strong emphasis on English-to-Portuguese translation.

This is a full-time, on-site role combining office management, administrative coordination, and the accurate translation of formal and corporate documents related to advisory and citizenship-by-investment processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency while acting as a language bridge between English and Portuguese stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Translation & Language Support (Primary Focus)

  • Translate English documents into European Portuguese, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and appropriate professional tone
  • Review and translate correspondence, reports, forms, and internal documentation
  • Support Portuguese-language communication with external teams
  • Ensure translated materials align with corporate, advisory, and compliance standards
  • (Certification not required; fluency, precision, and attention to detail are essential)

Office Management & Administration

  • Manage front-office and reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and well-organised working environment
  • Maintain structured filing and document control systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, couriers, and general office requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required

Key Requirements

  • Native or fluent European Portuguese (Portugal)

  • Strong professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar corporate roles
  • Demonstrated ability to translate formal, structured documents from English to Portuguese
  • High level of organisation, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional, polished, and reliable presence in an office environment

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Experience translating documents in legal, advisory, compliance, or government-related contexts
  • Previous exposure to citizenship, immigration, or international advisory services
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
