We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and driving sales through phone, email, and online interactions. This position requires a strong communication skill set, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate new sales leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual or phone-based presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value of products or services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to offer appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Update CRM systems with sales activity, track leads, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure alignment on sales goals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer objections and work through negotiations to close deals.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
