Job Title: Commercial Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting To: Commercial Manager / General Manager

Role Overview

The Commercial Officer supports commercial operations, client coordination, and contractual documentation, with a strong focus on Arabic-speaking markets and regional counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial correspondence and negotiations in Arabic with clients, suppliers, and government-related entities.
  • Prepare, review, and manage commercial documents including:
  • Quotations
  • Contracts & amendments
  • Purchase Orders
  • Invoices
  • Letters of Credit (LCs)
  • Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate commercial records and contract files in line with UAE compliance standards.
  • Follow up on payments, deliveries, and contractual milestones.
  • Support management in client meetings, tenders, and commercial reporting.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker (written & spoken) – mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a commercial or trading role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with international trade documentation and UAE business practices.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-national environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
