We seeking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect for new customers by identifying opportunities through various channels (direct visits, referrals and cold calls).

  • Promote and sell the banking products, explaining features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing tailored credit card solutions and personalized service.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank's information

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 Months of experience of managing banking products.
