Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Luxury Property Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high‑end real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build long‑term client relationships. This role requires a polished, professional presence and a deep understanding of the luxury property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of luxury properties and provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with high‑net‑worth clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitive listings
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, reports, and market analyses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and transaction support
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a related high‑end sales environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and confident interpersonal style
  • Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • RERA certification is an advantage
