Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Property Advisor based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Luxury Property Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice on luxury property investment, assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing premium properties, and offering exceptional customer service. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing property trends, showcasing high-end properties, and negotiating deals with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in property management and knowledge of luxury real estate markets
  • Experience in investment counseling and understanding real estate investment strategies
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Basic understanding of finance and financial analysis related to property transactions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proven track record in sales or leasing of luxury properties is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
