for the position of
Client Relationship Officer
. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, handle client coordination, executive support, and assist with digital presence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage all follow-ups.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and documentation for client meetings.
  • Support senior management with daily coordination, scheduling, and communication tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism.
  • Provide basic support with digital activities and social media coordination.
  • Use your medical insurance knowledge to support client interactions and internal processes.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and clients for policy and claims-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3–4 years of experience in client relations, executive assistance, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with
    medical insurance processes
    is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Creative with presentations and client engagement.
