Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer who brings expertise in Corporate Services, Business Formation, Legalization, Visa Processing, Attestations, Bank Account Opening, and general PRO advisory.

This role involves handling high-value clients, managing end-to-end cases, coordinating with government entities, and ensuring every customer receives a premium, white-glove service experience.

You'll act as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients, helping them navigate UAE regulations, process their applications, and ensure they remain compliant throughout their business lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Advisory

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
• Advise businesses on the best setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) including licensing, activities, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through all stages of company formation, amendments, renewals, and compliance updates.
• Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into actionable steps within the DocuBay system.

Corporate Services & Government Processes

• Manage end-to-end workflows for:
• Company registration & amendments
• License issuance & renewals
• MOFA attestation & document legalization
• Immigration & labour processes
• Visa & Emirates ID applications
• Establishment card & eChannel services
• Coordinate with Free Zone authorities, DED, MOHRE, Immigration, MOFA, and other UAE government departments.

Attestations & Legal Support

• Oversee document attestations (local & international).
• Assist clients with POA drafting, notarization, Wills support, and legal document handling through DocuBay's partner law firms.

Bank Account Opening Assistance

• Provide guidance on corporate bank account opening (requirements, KYC, timelines).
• Coordinate with relationship managers at partner banks to ensure smooth onboarding for clients.

Operational Excellence

• Use DocuBay's internal platform to track applications, payments, documents, and renewal timelines.
• Ensure all client data and documentation are accurate, updated, and compliant.
• Escalate complex cases to the operations, legal, or compliance teams when required.

Client Experience & Retention

• Build long-term relationships by providing reliable support and clear communication.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities (legal services, compliance suite, PRO packages, attestation bundles, etc.).
• Represent DocuBay's brand values of reliability, professionalism, and service excellence.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3–6 years of experience in UAE corporate services, business formation, PRO services, visa processing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of UAE government portals:
• MOHRE
• ICP / GDRFA
• DED
• Free Zone authorities (DWTC, IFZA, Meydan, SPC, RAKEZ, etc.)
• MOFAIC
• Hands-on experience managing attestations, legal documents, visa workflows, and corporate compliance tasks.
• Excellent client handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience supporting POA drafting, notarizations, or wills (directly or via partners).
• Knowledge of UAE banking requirements for corporate account opening.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, case management systems, or SaaS platforms.
