We are looking for a
smart, proactive, and highly organized professional
to join a well-established insurance broker organization in Dubai as a
Client Relationship Officer
. This role involves supporting senior leadership through client coordination, executive assistance, and contributing to the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare documentation, agendas, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Support senior management with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Contribute to digital marketing activities and coordinate basic social media visibility.
  • Leverage your
    medical insurance knowledge
    to support client discussions and internal coordination.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and clients for smooth handling of policies and claims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3–4 years of experience in client relations, executive assistance, or similar roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills — spoken & written.
  • Knowledge of
    medical insurance processes
    is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Confident, smart, and professional demeanor.
  • Creative approach to presentations and client engagement.
