The role involves conducting detailed site inspections, verifying compliance with project specifications, and ensuring construction quality and safety across all phases of infrastructure and landscape ; br>Key Responsibilitiesbr> br>Conduct inspections to verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Perform field and laboratory tests such as soil compaction, concrete slump, compression tests, and aggregate gradation.Inspect irrigation and landscape installations, including underground piping, chambers, and pumping stations.Monitor piling works, concrete paving, and structural elements to ensure proper execution and quality.Validate mechanical and electrical installations for proper grounding, circuit integrity, and system performance.Conduct non-destructive and destructive testing on materials such as concrete and metals.Maintain continuous surveillance of construction activities, documenting findings and corrective actions.Assist in preparing inspection reports, non-conformance documentation, and safety checklists.Support the Resident Engineer in technical coordination, supervision, and construction monitoring.Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and participate in preparing safety reports.Keep detailed and accurate inspection records, test results, and as-built documentation.Skills Set br>Site supervision and civil inspectionIrrigation and landscaping construction oversightQuality assurance and control documentationConcrete and materials testingPiping, chamber, and pumping station inspectionsNon-conformance reporting and resolution trackingHealth and safety complianceTechnical communication and reportingWhy Join Us br>Join a world-class engineering firm shaping Dubai s infrastructure and public realm.Gain hands-on exposure to major irrigation and landscaping projects across the UAE.Work in a collaborative environment with strong career progression opportunities.Competitive compensation and professional development support.Desired Candidate ProfileIdeal ProfileDiploma, Associate, or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience supervising irrigation, landscaping, and infrastructure works.Skilled in concrete works, pumping stations, and chamber installations.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.Strong understanding of construction methods and inspection procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Prior experience on Dubai-based irrigation and infrastructure projects is an advantage.
