Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Site Engineer
with experience or strong interest in
interior fit-out projects
. The role involves overseeing on-site execution, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring that project works are completed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review drawings and ensure site execution aligns with approved designs and specifications.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update project schedules.
  • Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as per the project plan.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, material requests, and verification of subcontractor work.
  • Support project handover and snag list completion.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or MEP coordination (freshers welcome).
  • Knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and basic MEP services.
  • Ability to read drawings and prepare site reports.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (basic).
  • UAE driving license (optional, preferred).

Salary Range:

  • AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (based on experience)
