FIT OUT ENGINEER

About the Role

Pool Engineering Consultants L.L.C is seeking a motivated and proactive Fit-Out Engineer with 6 months - 1 Year Experience in UAE to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and execution of skeletal, structural, and interior finishing works across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with site coordination, project supervision, and execution of both structural and finishing activities, working closely with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the supervision and management of fit-out activities on-site.
  • Support project managers in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare regular reports on project progress.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues that may arise on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in fit-out works (residential/commercial projects).
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing techniques.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).
