  • We are seeking a proactive
  • Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer
  • to oversee and manage interior fit-out works on site. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet design specifications, adhere to budgets, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate on-site fit-out activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accurate implementation.
  • Liaise with design teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure materials and work are delivered on schedule.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports for project management review.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are consistently met.
  • Assist with site measurements, variation requests, and handover documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects (commercial, residential, or retail).
  • Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and interior construction techniques.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience working on luxury or high-end interior projects.
  • Valid driving license with ability to manage multiple site locations.
  • Open to candidates of any nationality – Male candidates preferred.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and safety protocols.
