We are looking for highly connected partners in the UAE to support our Finland & Estonia based clients' expansion into the Gulf region.
Omendon helps Finnish startups and SMEs enter the UAE market with
turnkey expansion, sales activation and commercial setups
.
We now seek
strategic partners
in Dubai/UAE who can support us in delivering client expansion projects by opening doors, providing industry intel, and enabling commercial traction.
This role is
not traditional sales
— you become a
trusted market partner
helping international companies enter your sector.
PRIORITY SECTORS (Top 5 based on our active client portfolio)
We are specifically looking for partners with networks in:
1.Wellness & Hospitality
- (hotels, spas, wellness chains, distributors for lifestyle & water-saving products)
2.HVAC / Industrial / IoT Sensors
- (ventilation companies, building automation, industrial distributors, facility management)
3.Construction & Real Estate Suppliers
- (commercial builders, door systems, access solutions, contractors, developers)
4.Sauna / Wellness Infrastructure
- (residential compounds, resorts, GCC wellness developers, construction partners)
5.Medical Devices / Healthcare Technology
- (hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, distributors in assistive tech)
Your Role as a Strategic Partner
You will act as Omendon's
local UAE expansion arm
for selected clients:
Your responsibilities include:
- Opening doors and arranging meetings to the
right decision-makers
in your sector - Supporting
B2B introductions, distributor talks, JV discussions & pilot opportunities - Providing basic market insights we can convert into strategy
- Joining meetings with the Omendon team when needed
- Facilitating trusted local communication
- Helping products enter the UAE through your network
You do NOT need to:
✘ Deliver the service
✘ Handle operations
✘ Do heavy sales processes
✘ Know every detail of the product

Compensation & Benefits
Omendon offers
very high commissions
, depending on the project:
- Commission from
upfront fees - Commission from sales revenue
- Commission from fundraising (if applicable)
- Potential long-term revenue share
per client - Strong earning potential: 2
,500–50,000€+ per client

Ideal Partner Profile
- Based in
Dubai / UAE - Deep networks in one of the 5 priority industries
- Experience with B2B introductions, commercial deals or partnerships
- Trusted reputation and ability to access key decision-makers
- Motivated by commission-based, high upside
roles - Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus but not required)
- Own company is a bonus
