About the Job

Our client, a leading international law firm headquartered in London, is expanding its presence in the Middle East and is seeking multiple Partners to join its Dubai office across several strategic sectors:

  • Aviation
  • Shipping
  • Insurance
  • Technology
  • Commodities
  • Sports

Each Partner will lead and grow their respective practice area, managing a high-value client portfolio (approx. £4 million) and contributing to the firm's wider cross-border offering.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading and expanding your practice area within the Dubai office.
  • Advising high-calibre clients on cross-border matters including transactions, regulatory issues, and disputes.
  • Managing and developing a client following of approx. £4m+.
  • Building relationships with regional and global clients.
  • Working closely with other Partners to create multi-sector client solutions.
  • Mentoring associates and contributing to the growth of the Dubai office.

About You

Our client is looking for commercially driven, technically excellent Partners who combine strategic thinking with strong leadership and client management skills.

You will have:

  • 10+ years PQE in one of the target sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate or manage a client following of £4 million+.
  • Deep sector expertise (aviation, shipping, insurance, technology, commodities, or sports).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to be based in Dubai.
