Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Sales Executive, located in Abu Dhabi. The Life Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored life insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, lead generation, meeting with clients, conducting presentations, closing sales, and providing ongoing customer service support. The role also involves maintaining and updating client records, achieving sales targets, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the life insurance domain
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prospect, generate leads, and close sales effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and market trends
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
