Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Advisor - Sales Executive, based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves identifying and consulting with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs, developing tailored life insurance solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and attending training sessions to stay current with industry trends and products.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build and nurture client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques, with the ability to identify and close opportunities.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Experience in attending Training sessions and adapting to new products, tools, and processes.
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment, with familiarity in the life insurance or financial services sector being an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in similar roles and fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
