A
Marketplace Specialist
in the UAE manages and optimizes a company's presence on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon UAE, Noon, Carrefour, eBay, Namshi, and others. The role focuses on driving online sales growth, improving product visibility, managing operations, and analyzing performance to make data-driven improvements.


Core Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Account Management

  • Manage seller accounts on platforms like
    Amazon Seller Central
    ,
    Noon Seller Lab
    ,
    eBay
    , etc.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and UAE regulations.


2. Listing Optimization & SEO

  • Create and update high-quality product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes).
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    to boost organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Monitor performance metrics to optimize listings continuously.


3. Inventory & Order Operations

  • Coordinate inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Work with logistics/fulfilment teams (FBA, Noon Express, third-party couriers) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle order processing, returns, and customer communication when needed.


4. Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and manage
    PPC campaigns
    (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads).
  • Run marketplace promotions, discount campaigns, seasonal deals and track ROI.
  • Adjust ad bids, budgets, and keywords for performance improvement.


5. Performance Analysis

  • Track marketplace KPIs:
