Business Transformation Manager - 12 Months Contract (Renewable)

About the Role

The Business Transformation Manager is responsible for managing change from ideation through adoption, embedding new capabilities, and ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working. This role supports two major initiatives:

  • Sector-wide oneDXB transformation programme
  • Internal transformation journey to foster a culture aligned with strategic plan and Guest Experience objectives.

The position is pivotal in enabling effective transitions, ensuring business readiness, and realizing desired benefits through robust change management practices.

Responsibilities

  • A proven track record in planning and designing the change management approach that defines, underpins and guides the change activities required to effectively transition the organisation to the desired future state and sustain its outcomes.
  • Experience of delivering change management components and activities that will be applied, tailored specifically to the needs of the program / project in a multidisciplinary/multifunctional corporate environment, where winning sponsorship, engagement and trust is key.
  • Ability to review data, and interpret it to be able to create a compelling and comprehensible change management approach.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment.
  • Understanding of the complexity and challenges of driving/building the desired outcome.
  • Experience of comms and engagement approaches to drive desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management - relationship-building, including the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and subject matter experts and earn their co-ownership in the business solution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Certifications: Change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's Model).
  • Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI).
  • Experience: Relevant: 5 years in change management and transformation projects.
  • Industry: Minimum 5 years in planning and delivering large-scale, complex corporate transformation initiatives involving people, process, technology, and data.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in communication and engagement approaches to drive adoption.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and create compelling change plans.
