The Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and driven Business Development Associate to support the growth of our operations in the Middle East region. Based in Dubai, this role will involve regular travel across the region and is ideally suited to someone with a marketing or communications background and a strong commercial mindset. You will work directly with the regional team to identify opportunities, support tender submissions, build client relationships, and represent DECI at key events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development
  • Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and capability statements
  • Conduct market research and track project opportunities in key sectors
  • Support client engagement efforts and relationship management
  • Represent DECI at industry events, meetings, and conferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development and marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Background in marketing, communications, or business development
  • Experience working in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure space preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the Middle East
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently
  • Fluent English required; Arabic an advantage
  • Full right to work in the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED48, AED102,000.00 per year
