About The Role
As an
Events Executive
, you will manage all aspects of catering event negotiations and coordination. You will also execute and support catering sales activities to maximize revenue within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully comply with Delphi operation standards and maintain up-to-date account profile, catering revenue figures and sales activities in the system.
  • Ensure Delphi.FDC protocols are adhered to, events related inquiries, and requests are replied to within the required guidelines set by the system
  • Follow the catering sales action plan related to the respective catering market segments as outlined in the Marketing Plan
  • Handle and consolidate all incoming Post-social/Events Assessments
  • Closely monitor account revenue and production in specific areas.
  • Handle all incoming leads as distributed by the DOEM or Senior Events Manager and converts into confirmed business

About You

  • At least 1 year of experience in a 5-star / international hotel.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in oral and written English language.
  • Computer literate conversant with Ms. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of selling skills.
