Event Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and coordination of our events. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of all event operations. The role includes a
fixed salary + commission
based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all event requirements from planning to on-ground execution
  • Handle client communication professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
  • Support the sales team with inquiries and convert interested clients into confirmed bookings
  • Prepare event schedules, checklists, and documentation
  • Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure all event elements are delivered on time
  • Attend events when needed to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage suppliers, logistics, and timelines
  • Follow up with clients after events to ensure satisfaction and support repeat business

Requirements:

  • Experience in events, coordination, or operations (preferred)
  • Arabic Speaker –
    Mandatory
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events at the same time
  • Target-driven and able to support sales closures when required
