Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of direct sales executives focused on credit cards and personal loans.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize team performance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to improve sales performance and customer service.
- Monitor team productivity, address challenges, and ensure team members meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Ensure that all sales processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Drive exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Team handling within the credit cards and personal loans banking sector in the UAE only.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading teams in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and flexible with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve conflicts, and drive team results.
