We're Hiring: Team Leader – Real Estate | NAAS Properties (Dubai, UAE)

Are you a driven real estate professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for Dubai's real estate market?

NAAS Properties is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Team Leader – to guide and empower our growing sales team.

About the Role

As the Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team focused exclusively on off-plan & Secondary projects, drive sales performance, and ensure your team consistently meets monthly targets. You will be responsible for coaching, strategy, and maintaining a high level of professionalism across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of property consultants
  • Manage and distribute off-plan leads and ensure timely follow-up
  • Drive team performance through daily sales guidance, coaching, and structured follow-ups
  • Review agents' KPIs on a monthly basis to ensure sales targets and activity benchmarks are met
  • Conduct sales training on negotiation, closing strategies, objections handling, and project knowledge
  • Foster a professional, performance-driven team culture
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major UAE developers
  • Attend developer launches, events, and briefings to stay updated on new inventory
  • Ensure proper CRM usage, accurate reporting, and professional client communication
  • Ensure all team activities align with company standards and RERA guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
  • Proven track record in sales and team leadership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build, guide, and motivate a sales team through clear leadership
  • Well-organized, professional, and proactive approach
  • In-depth knowledge of off-plan projects and key UAE developers
  • RERA certification (preferred)
