Role Overview:

We're seeking a
Quality Manager
to uphold our reputation for service excellence by ensuring every vehicle serviced at GSS meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, monitor, and implement quality assurance systems across all departments.
  • Establish and enforce SOPs, inspection procedures, and service checklists.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Train and mentor teams on quality, safety, and process improvement.
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to enhance customer experience and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
    or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in quality management or control in the automotive sector (multi-brand experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    workshop operations, diagnostics, and service procedures
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    car care services
    including:
  • Washing & Detailing
  • Window Tinting & PPF (Paint Protection Film)
  • Ceramic Coating Application
  • Mechanical Repairs & Maintenance
  • Quick Lube Services
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
