  • Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, packing lists, and invoices based on customer orders.
  • Coordinate with the store and production team for timely availability of finished goods for dispatch.
  • Ensure correct material, quantity, and labeling before loading into transport vehicles.
  • Update dispatch records in ERP or manual register accurately and in real-time.
  • Communicate with transporters, drivers, and customers regarding dispatch schedules.
  • Support timely loading of materials as per route planning and priority.
  • Maintain records of gate passes, LR copies, vehicle details, and acknowledgement slips.
  • Ensure FIFO is followed during material movement for dispatch.
  • Report any discrepancies in finished goods stock or documents to the store incharge.

  • Assist in daily and monthly stock reconciliation and dispatch planning.

  • To hold or delay a dispatch if material is damaged, incorrect, or documentation is incomplete.

  • To request corrections or updates from the store or production team in case of any mismatch.
  • To coordinate directly with customers/logistics vendors for dispatch-related queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
