We are seeking a versatile professional to manage DMCC/government relations, banking, office administration and procurement of ship spares. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and experienced in UAE regulatory and procurement processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DMCC, Government Relations & Banking
- Liaise with DMCC and government authorities via online portals to ensure compliance.
- Handle employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and labor approvals.
- Maintain trade licenses, establishment cards, and attestations.
- Manage company setups/closures, share transfers, and corporate documents.
- Coordinate bank account openings/closures, documentation, and approvals.
- Manage banking relationships, resolve issues, and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, utilities, vendors, and procurement.
- Manage travel, meetings, and courier dispatch.
- Support lease renewals, facility management, and admin policy improvements.
- Supervise and guide the administrative team.
Ship Spare Purchasing
- Source and procure ship spares, equipment, and technical supplies.
- Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing.
- Work closely with the Technical Superintendent, technical teams, vessels, and agents.
- Manage orders, deliveries, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain supplier database and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience in DMCC/government relations, office administration, and procurement.
- Marine/ship spare purchasing experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and online portals (DMCC, banking, procurement).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
