Job Summary

We are looking for a Trading Operations Specialist with mandatory Arabic-speaking ability to manage MT5 platform operations, execute and monitor arbitrage trades, handle bullion trading, and ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of trading activities. The role supports end-to-end trading operations and requires strong coordination between trading, technical, and accounting functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesMT5 Administration

  • Manage and maintain the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform
  • Create and manage user accounts, access permissions, and roles
  • Configure symbols, contracts, spreads, leverage, and book settings
  • Monitor live trades, execution flow, and server performance
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly trading and risk reports
  • Troubleshoot MT5 issues and coordinate with technology vendors

Arabic Dealer – Bullion Trading

  • Buy and sell physical gold and bullion products
  • Communicate fluently with Arabic-speaking clients and suppliers (mandatory)
  • Provide pricing based on preset pricing models
  • Manage client orders, confirmations, settlements, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate bullion trade and inventory records

Arbitrage Trading

  • Identify and execute arbitrage trades as per Trading Head instructions
  • Follow approved trade plans and risk parameters
  • Place and monitor orders using algorithmic trading software
  • Track open positions, execution quality, and market movements
  • Maintain detailed execution and trade logs

Arbitrage Accounting & Reconciliation

  • Track and reconcile arbitrage trades across platforms and brokers
  • Monitor P&L, MTM, margins, and exposure on a daily basis
  • Perform broker statement and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate accounting and trading records
  • Support MIS reporting, audits, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Arabic speaking, reading, and writing – Mandatory
  • 2–4 years of experience in trading operations, bullion, arbitrage, or brokerage environment
  • Strong understanding of bullion markets, arbitrage strategies, and financial instruments
  • Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) administration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, reporting)
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • Ability to work under pressure during live market hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with algo trading software
  • Knowledge of OTC bullion, MCX, or international markets
  • Relevant market certifications (NISM or equivalent)
