Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Retail Head
to lead and scale our Trade Support function. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing a team of
Trade Support Managers (TSMs)
who handle client conversion, onboarding, account opening, course enrolment, and post-onboarding trading support.

The Retail Head will own the end-to-end retail client journey—from prospect conversion to active trading engagement—ensuring operational excellence, strong performance metrics, and sustainable revenue growth at scale.

Primary Objective

To drive high conversion of prospects into active clients, maximize trading account openings and course enrolments, and ensure clients successfully engage in trading, while coaching and managing the Trade Support Manager team to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Retail Operations

  • Lead, supervise, and manage the daily operations of the Trade Support Manager (TSM) team
  • Ensure high standards of client communication, follow-ups, and service quality
  • Monitor team discipline, productivity, and adherence to processes
  • Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
  • Handle complex client escalations when required

Conversion, Account Opening & Enrolment Targets

  • Drive performance across key retail KPIs, including trading account openings, course enrolments, client funding, and trading volume
  • Track individual and team performance against targets
  • Implement corrective actions to improve conversion ratios

Coaching, Training & Performance Improvement

  • Train and coach TSMs on communication, conversion techniques, trading support fundamentals, objection handling, and client retention
  • Develop and execute monthly performance improvement plans
  • Build a disciplined, high-performance team culture

Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards tracking targets, conversion ratios, and team performance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, including trading, stocks, and mutual funds
  • 10–12 years of experience in client-facing trading, portfolio management, or retail trading support
  • 3–5 years of proven team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Malayalam
  • Exposure to the
    UAE market
    is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership presence with a professional and presentable personality
  • Excellent reporting and performance-tracking skills
