Senior Sales Engineer

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in HVAC maintenance, retrofitting, and electromechanical services.
Promote and sell services including motor rewinding, HVAC compressor repairs/overhauls, and pump repairs & servicing.
Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and prepare tailored technical proposals and quotations.
Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure accurate project estimation and successful delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets, maintain sales pipelines, and submit periodic sales reports to management.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales within HVAC/electromechanical service industries.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, retrofits, motor rewinding, compressor overhaul processes, and pump servicing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
