Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Sharjah. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise, delivering product demonstrations, and assisting clients in understanding the benefits of our solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, addressing customer queries, supporting the technical implementation of solutions, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical product functionalities
- Proficiency in Sales, Customer Service, and maintaining client relationships effectively
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in Technical Support and problem-solving within a tech or engineering environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proactive attitude, ability to work directly with clients, and a commitment to achieving sales targets
- Background knowledge of the industry or relevant technologies is a plus
