Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Sharjah, UAE. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing technical solutions to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support client success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ingredients sales and the ability to provide solutions through the technical team to solve customer challenges.
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and understanding technical aspects related to food and dairy ingredients.
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management and achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or specialty ingredients industry is a plus.
