, and ensure tasks are delivered correctly and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who understands Bitrix24 inside out, can solve small to medium issues independently, and can communicate more complex tasks clearly to developers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily CRM Operations & Support
- Monitor Bitrix24 CRM performance, automations, pipelines, and integrations.
- Identify issues, fix minor bugs, and escalate major problems with proper documentation.
- Provide immediate support to sales and marketing teams for CRM-related queries.
2. Task Management with Outsourced Developers
- Act as the bridge between internal departments and the outsourced CRM development team.
- Create clear technical briefs when tasks need escalation.
- Follow up daily on task progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Perform quality checks on completed tasks before releasing them internally.
3. System Optimization
- Review workflows, automations, and pipelines to ensure efficiency.
- Suggest improvements based on best practices in real estate CRMs.
- Maintain documentation of processes, fields, rules, and custom modules.
4. Technical Troubleshooting
Diagnose issues related to:
- Automations & triggers
- Lead distribution rules
- Integrations (Meta leads, website forms, WhatsApp APIs, etc.)
- User permissions & access rights
- Provide quick fixes or clear explanations of root causes.
5. User Training & Support
- Conduct training sessions for new agents and team members.
- Create simple guides and SOPs for internal usage.
- Ensure teams follow best practices for data entry and pipeline management.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience with
Bitrix24 CRM
(required).
Understanding of:
- CRM automations
- Workflows & business processes
- REST API integrations (bonus)
- Webhooks, bots, and scripts
- Ability to troubleshoot bugs and identify root causes quickly.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication for dealing with outsourced developers and internal teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Experience
- 2–4 years working with Bitrix24 CRM (real estate experience is a plus).
- Previous experience coordinating external development teams is an advantage.
