Job Summary:

The
Salesforce CRM & IT Support Specialist
will be responsible for managing the Salesforce CRM interface, designing workflows, troubleshooting issues, assigning leads, providing IT hardware and software support, and
coordinating closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist
to ensure alignment between CRM data and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user management, customization, and configuration.
  • Design and optimize CRM processes, workflows, and lead assignment rules to support sales and marketing teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support for IT hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Train end-users on CRM functionalities and IT systems to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT and CRM needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
  • Manage data integrity and implement data governance policies within Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist with CRM data migration, integration with other systems, and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation on system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role.
  • Hands-on experience with IT support and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, workflows, and lead management.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware, software troubleshooting, and network basics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
