We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counselor to drive student enrollments for our online courses. The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively guide prospective students through the enrollment journey. This position primarily involves digital engagement through calls, emails, social media, and other online platforms.

Location: Dubai South

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise prospective students on available online programs, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures.
  • Assess students' learning objectives and recommend appropriate courses aligned with their goals.
  • Proactively follow up with inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms to maximize conversions.
  • Plan and execute enrollment strategies to meet individual and team targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status in the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, agents, and online partners to expand outreach.
  • Participate in webinars, virtual open days, and digital promotional initiatives to attract potential students.
  • Support students throughout the application, registration, and onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Track market trends and competitor offerings and share insights to enhance enrollment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and admissions teams to strengthen digital outreach and promotional efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales (experience with online courses is an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment or sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple online leads efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
