Working hours:
UK Hours (11am/12pm start - 7.30/8.30pm finish)

Due to Company growth and the opening of our Dubai office, we are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team As our Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing activities. You will promote products, services, and brand presence through innovative campaigns and effective strategies.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Execute effective campaigns to ensure a high volume of quality sales leads are delivered
  • Assist with planning, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns and projects
  • Utilise the CRM to its full potential, developing and maintaining strong processes including automation workflows
  • Successfully contribute to marketing projects which ensure consistent brand messaging and overall marketing objectives

Deliver effective Email and SMS campaigns to the prospect database

  • Produce email and SMS campaigns to deliver quality sale leads
  • Analyse and understand the prospect audience in the database so that messages are tailored to customer needs
  • Manage the email and SMS platform through HubSpot to build our email health score
  • Build workflows in HubSpot to automate communication delivery
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaign performance and produce management information reports
  • Develop and implement A/B testing plans to constantly try to improve the performance of our marketing communications
  • Explore and integrate additional channels to broaden communication touchpoints and enhance automation across the sales journey

Create compelling downloadable content

  • Develop and produce content ideas that communicate the key messages to our prospective audience
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects who interact and download the content with appropriate nurture journeys
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine content based on feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues, agencies, and other team members to ensure consistency and quality in all marketing materials

Provide general marketing support

  • Support with social media content alongside the team, to achieve lead generation plans
  • Assist with creating content that builds the weekly investment webinars
  • Develop and implement content to improve SEO visibility performance
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of website content
  • Ensure brand messaging and position are consistent across all marketing material

Contribute actively to marketing project

  • Support with marketing projects as required
  • Participate with planning of marketing plans for the upcoming month, quarter and year
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Help coordinate events, webinars, and other promotional activities

Skills/Qualifications

  • Highly numerate and logic focused to build workflows and analyse key performance data
  • A desire to deliver lead generation to target
  • Email and SMS marketing experience
  • HubSpot platform experience desirable
  • Website development experience desirable
  • Marketing campaign experience
  • Website and SEO experience desirable
  • Stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
  • Base skillset in Microsoft products
