We are seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to take ownership of all new patient enquiries, ensuring each lead is nurtured, managed, and converted with excellence across all platforms. With our ever expanding team, this individual must be hard working, a team player and above all be able to relay this to appease patient flow and increase leads and conversions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond promptly to all incoming leads.
  • Convert enquiries into consultations and treatments through professional, informative, and persuasive communication
  • Maintain an organized CRM/log of all leads and follow-ups
  • Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and performance KPIs
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaigns and ensure strong ROI on lead generation
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to optimize appointment booking flow
  • Assist in developing scripts, responses, and communication strategies that reflect the clinic's premium image

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales coordination, or client-facing roles (aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven
  • Professional, polished demeanour that reflects our luxury brand image
  • Experience using CRMs, booking systems, and follow-up tools
