About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and professional Patient Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Coordinate between patients and clinical staff to support smooth operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's daily workflow.

Requirements

  • Arabic language proficiency (spoken & written)
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in scheduling systems and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and via messaging.
  • Healthcare or customer service experience (preferred).
