We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and highly customer-focused Customer Service Sales Executive to join our team across our retail shop network. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, exceptional service skills, and a commitment to responsible alcohol sales practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of our entire product portfolio, including fine wines, spirits, beers, and related accessories, to effectively educate customers and recommend appropriate products.
  • Promotional Execution: Actively promote new arrivals, special offers, and seasonal products, ensuring all in-store displays are attractive, compliant, and drive customer interest.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs, preferences, and occasions, providing personalized recommendations that lead to a positive shopping experience.
  • Handling Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, orders, and special requests (e.g., bulk orders, specific product sourcing), ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or the beverage/alcohol industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record and a proactive, results-oriented approach to customer engagement.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong interest in or existing knowledge of alcoholic beverages (Wine, Spirits, Beer) is highly advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.
