Sapphire Plastic is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Ajman. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our factory. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers through telephone calls, build relationships, and promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing and showcasing the high-quality products manufactured at Sapphire Plastic in Ajman

Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify promising sales opportunities and articulate the advantages and features of our products effectively.

Provide precise information and guidance to customers while addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, thereby contributing to the achievement of the factory's revenue objectives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up actions using the company's CRM system.

Stay informed about our product range, industry trends, and competitors to offer well-informed recommendations to clients.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies and meet sales goals.

Participate in regular sales training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and techniques.

Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in telesales or a related role, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
  • Customer-centric and results-driven, with a genuine passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an asset).
  • Must have willingness to work in Ajman
