An exciting opportunity is now available for a Commercial Coordinator to our team in Dubai at our beverage can manufacturing plant.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for supporting commercial activities and ensuring that customer requirements are met alongside Crown's business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual with a pro-active approach, to gain experience in a multinational organisation.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the successful sales process for Export customers including invoicing and financial matters
• Issue and follow-up pro-forma invoices
• Follow up letters of credit / amendments and ensure they are received from the export customers on time for production
• Manage intercompany supplies and related forecasts in collaboration with the Commercial Manager
• Obtain and maintain monthly label and size related forecasts from customers
• Conduct demand planning taking into account customer forecast and orders
• Carry out production scheduling in line with sales / customer requirements and production department
• Issue weekly and monthly reports as required
• Understand and implement CEC & BRC Systems
• Maintain SOX documents as per department requirements
• Maintain an active list of artwork and coordinate them with customers, studio and production
• Create and maintain the item list for our products
• Ensure that the artworks are correct and the Job Ticket is completed in all aspects before authorizing production
• Manage communication between MENA Studio and customers and/or their graphic agencies
• Analyse market data in collaboration with the Commercial Manager

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to influence and manage key stakeholders
• Proficient in using the MS Office suite with Excel skills at an intermediate level as a minimum
• An analytical and a logical approach to work
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Able to prioritise and work autonomously whilst being a key member of a small team
• Shows a positive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• SAP experience would be a plus
